Namshi, the leading fashion e-commerce company in the Middle East, approached Mobrain by Headway in order to increase its online sales on the relaunch of its app both in iOS and Android.  Namshi and Headway created a strategic acquisition plan with key KPIs to be achieved.  Mobrain provided a dedicated account management team that deployed the strategy of testing and scaling up.

To meet their objective, Mobrain created an acquisition plan and provided a dedicated account management team that deployed the strategy of testing and scaling up, consistent refresh of creatives, competitive pricing, regular reporting, and transparency helped keep a check and resulted in achieving the targets.  Using display banners, native ads, and video, Souq acquired 500.000 new unique users in 1 year with an average conversion-to-purchases of 35%-40%.
